Once you have decided to outsource your social marketing services to our agency, your dedicated social specialist will gently guide or forcefully drag (whichever you identify as your preference :D) you through the onboarding process.
Package Selection: This agency creates a custom plan for each customer depending on goals and needs. We have designed several social marketing packages that are good starting points. Then we add on other services as needed.
Paperwork: We both sign a service agreement that outlines the scope of work, the commitment length (which varies), pricing, and payment stipulations. We believe in clear communication and transparency. This document will be emailed to you as well as delivered for electronic signature.
Payment: To begin work we must receive account setup fee, additional profile setup fees, and first month's service fees. Our current pricing can be seen by clicking the button below. Your social specialist will email you an invoice along with a link to pay online.
During this step, your job is to help us gain access to your accounts, provide us pictures, logos, colors, and marketing materials currently in use.
Information Gathering: We will request specific items from you via email, phone or text as we begin to investigate your account.
Content Creation: Now our elves get to work! We will contact you to approve color type, logo design (if needed), and a few important graphics. Once approved, we will use this as a template to create a library of at least 3-months worth of content.

Content Approval: We check in twice during the creation process to make sure we don’t do a whole lot of work that you absolutely hate! The first content check will be approval of profile picture and cover photo, to make sure the colors and fonts LOOK right. The second content check includes all branded graphics and promotional graphics created as well as informational articles located for sharing. Each post includes a caption (or message) with relevant hashtags and keyword placement, a graphic or link, and calls-to-action. Please note that when we set a launch date, we work long hours to keep it. Unless requested otherwise, the second content check is emailed to you APPROVED after it has met our DOUBLE-CHECK PROCESS internally.
Publishing: This agency utilizes a vast suite of industry-leading software to research, create, publish, and analyze the performance of social media content. During the first month of publishing, we reach out to you a few times to ask your thoughts, opinions, and what you are hearing from your customers. All the months thereafter, you will hear from your social specialist at least twice: a monthly analytic report email and an email request for information updates: upcoming events, promotions, and holidays.
