Our clients can easily approve content or request changes before publishing! This video walks clients of The Social Media Lady through the content approval process. Clients are sent an email with a link to view the custom-created content. In this screen they can approve or disapprove and leave comments.
Click on the link in the Custom Content Created notification email you receive.
PLEASE NOTE: All content defaults to the pre-approved status. To request changes, you must click on the green 'Approve' button so that it changes to a yellow 'Needs Approval' button.
Once you have review the content and decide you have no further changes to request, reply to the notification email with the word 'Approved.'

Our office will be notified of your comments and begin work. You may always follow-up with more detail by replying to the notification email.
